The Laurentian Winter Cowl is inspired by the rustic landscape of the Laurentian region of Quebec. This easy wearing, oversized, accessory can be styled so many ways. Drape elegantly around the shoulders like a capelet, use shawl pins and brooches to arrange artistically or simply place around the neck and let hang naturally.
This design features a Twisted Stitch cable pattern, a simple Seed Stitch border and for added charm a Latvian Braid.
Full written instructions as well as a cable chart are included in this pattern. The yarn used as well as alternatives are listed and linked below.
